I am shocked how it increases not only the moves that I can do but improves my position, posture, balance, just so many things. The stick I have also been able to use not only for stability but in place of maple poles that some work outs require. The box is well made, sturdy and came very well packed as to not be damaged in shipping. The padding is just as substantial as that on my reformer. it also fit my pilates machine perfectly.
