A set contains 5 Walnut Churchxelas. Churchkhela is a home-made product. Red Concord Grape juice and Walnuts are the main ingredients of Churchkhela. It is a string of walnut halves that have been dipped in grape juice called Tataraor Phelamushi (grape juice thickened with flour), and dried. Instead of walnuts sometimes Hazelnuts, Raisins, or almonds are used for making the churchxela.The shape of Churchkhela looks like a candle, it is rich with good carbohydrate, proteinand fiber. It is made with 100% natural ingredients.

I read about these on Gastro Obscura and decided I wanted to try them.  They're quite tasty (mildly sweet, with a pleasant texture somewhat like a fruit leather).  Service from Georgian Gourmet was very friendly.

This is my favourite desert.  Very tasty, nicely packaged. Excellent  customer service and fast delivery.I'm glad I found the place where I can buy my favourite Churchkhela. Everybody who tasted it were very impressed. Very good with Georgian, semi sweet, desert wine kindzmarauli, which I buy from 'Potomac wine'  online. Thank you

I've never had this kind of candy before, so nothing to judge it against, and to be honest my curiosity more than anything actually got me over the hump to get it, but dang if it's not tasty tasty tasty. Love this stuff. It came yesterday, already downed 2 of the 5 sticks. It's so good and very addicting. I'll happily get more of this, very interested in trying the hazelnut and almond sorts
