## Description

The Club A5055 5-channel amplifier delivers a powerful 50-Watts RMS to each of the front and rear speakers in your car, and a pounding 500-Watts RMS to the subwoofer channel — a much smarter ratio of subwoofer-to-full-range power than what is typical in 5-channel amps. You can also bridge the amp to 3-channel mode to deliver 140-Watts RMS to your front speakers while driving your sub with 500-Watts RMS. Speaker-level inputs allow this amplifier to integrate into almost any system, even one using your car’s factory radio. Separate high-pass and low-pass crossovers on the front and rear channels allow you dial in the perfect roll off to best suit speaker placement and cabin acoustics. The subwoofer channel features a low-pass crossover, selectable bass boost, and phase switch to optimize subwoofer performance.

**Q: Can the 4 channels and mono be run at different ohms?…4ohm door speakers and 2 ohm sub?**
A: Our JBL Club A5055 doesn't have a selectable impedance in which you can choose between 2 ohms and 4 ohms. This amplifier will run on a dedicated ohm per speaker connected.

**Q: is this amp 1ohm stable?**
A: Our JBL Club A5055 is only 2 ohm stable.

**Q: How do I wire it for the 75watts x 4 (2ohm) and the 500watts x1.my door speakers are 4ohm but I want to wire them to the 2 ohm 75watt rms**
A: Our JBL Club A5055 can only power 65 watts RMS X 4 at 2 ohms. We'll need the specs for your door speakers to see if they can be connected to this amp. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

**Q: Can I power 2 10s from the one sub channel?**
A: Yes. As long as they are not less then 2 ohm's wired up.

AMP gets hot and shuts off after 2 hrs of constant playing. Other than that, the AMP powers 2 sets of JBL component speakers and a 12 inch JBL bandpass subwoofer flawlessly.
