Sounds silly, I know, but when you're taking handfuls of supplements every day, smaller is better. These probiotics have really helped my near constant sour stomach. My diet isn't perfect, but it seemed everything I put in my mouth made my stomach turn. Two weeks after incorporating these into my regimen, my stomach feels more calm. The 50 Billion CFU works well for me. I tried a 70 Billion CFU variety and I didn't feel nearly as well as I do with the Pure Leaf.
