A must have if you’re looking for something to help with inflammation and exhaustion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Darn decent, but get extra rectangular ice packs *by F***S on December 12, 2025* I'm using this currently after an adult tonsillectomy (day 4/5). Yeah, worth it. But, be ready to have other flexible ice packs outside of the four tear drop mini packs these come with. These do not stay cool long. I had a few of the long rectangular flexible gel packs already, and wrap them in a wash cloth (to protect my skin) and use this wrap like a "collar" rather than over the head on my neck/under jaw. It works great! This particular product allows you to snooze or walk around while icing hands-free. I strongly recommend getting two ice bags, the fabric old-timey looking ones made of fabric where you put ice cubes in- as those stay colder, longer. Both options on rotation will be excellent. The Velcro hold is ok. You wouldn't want it so strong it could choke you, so that makes sense. If you have a big head, this may not fit you well. I have a smaller head and it's a little tight. Around my neck as a collar (not its intended use) it's very large, since I have a small neck.
