This is one of the better-fitting KN95 masks. The staples did rub my cheekbones compared to the 3M N95s, though. **Q: Is it got the fda approval for covid-19? i can't see it on the fda approval list. anyone can share the approval list? thanks.** A: I don’t know anything about a list by the FDA. But NIOSH (national institutes of safety and health) approves N95 masks. I no longer use KN95s because I found N95s approved by NIOSH: BYD Care DE2322, available on Amazon. **Q: Why did they use a staple to attach the strap? Why put a hole in the filter? Can anyone confirm if the staple hole is sealed?** A: I don’t know why staples are used or the manufacturing technique. There is not a gaping hole at the attachment . The part of the mask where the straps are attached is far back and likely against the skin without air passing thru. With about 10 hours of use I have not seen tearing adjacent to the staples.
