他の方も書いているように色が濃くなってる。以前購入したときはもっと明るい色だったし、甘みも足りない気がする。もう購入する気はしない。早く着いたのだけは評価する。

この味噌大変、おいしいです。酒蔵で使っている麹を使っているせいか、とてもまろやかな味噌の味。さらに塩分控えめで味噌の本来の味が味わえます。秋田というとしょっぱいという感じがありますが、そんなイメージを覆すおいしい逸品です。
