Review: Ballast Kit for a 2004 Acura TL - Worked perfectly. Kit even includes a new bulb also. Price was great . Prime delivered it next day. Very helpful since I had my front bumper off hoping it was just a bulb. Yes, you have to remove the entire front bumper to access bulbs or headlights on a 3rd Gen TL. Did have to drive car a little in town without front bumper the next morning before Prime arrived. Bungee cords keeping the plastic fender liners off the front tires. Do what you gotta do , when you have to.
