    Inaccurate label directions

The product quality seems to be okay, however the directions they put on the label make me wonder if they know what they are doing. Astaxanthin should always be taken "with" a meal containing fat, or as one TV doctor has prescribed, "after" a meal. Otherwise it will not be absorbed and will just flush through your body. Do not follow the label directions. You will be wasting your money if you do.

I have been taking the Astaxanthin that is formulated before with some noticeable benefits.  I have started this Natural Extract and even though it is not the same strength I seen that my skin looks better.  I believe the Natural Astaxanthin is better.  I am going to continue with this brand.  Quality Counts when you take supplements ; D
