My kids use the baby version. **Q: Can i use this nasal spray at day time l? or inly at night time?** A: You can use it in the day or night. The night time one has eucalyptus and menthol, for me it has a slightly burning sensation and smells a little like Vicks vapor rub. But after about 10 minutes it does seem to help with a stopped up nose.
