I have faded out scar using this derma roller just use lightly each day and use numbing cream. As for spots I use azeliac acid everyday and hca serems **Q: Does it help with hair growth on hairline scalp and beard** A: As a female I can't comment on the latter. However I would say around my hairline my hair started to grow again - though I have stopped using this due to health reasons not the product .
