Broke 7 ribs, punctured both lungs, broke my pelvis, lacerated my liver and kidney as well as a head injury. I was in ICU for 8 days etc etc... my wife found me unresponsive... again, I'm blessed that she called 911 and didnt just sneak away thinking... hmm, insurance money, bereavement cruise... lol... Anyway, I recommend this and have recently got the courage to get back up on the ladder after no of course with saftey equipment but still much to the disapproval of my wife... I just like doing things myself. Many thanks!** A: Yes it will. I was wondering the same thing so I bought it to find out and after assembling it this weekend I tried it out this morning. Makes a big difference for use cleaning gutters or getting to roof but is not wide enough to span windows. Since the MT-22 has a wider span at the top, the width issue of the spacing horizontally is less an issue and the vertical spacing is standard. The fit is not exactly snug on the rungs but in use the stabilizer holds firm and you have two safety bolts to keep it on the step just in case. **Q: Is it easy to remove and reinstall My ladder use doesn't always require a standoff stabilizer.** A: Super easy to remove and re install! I own a rain gutter business and always have roofers and customers comment about how quickly they attach compared to what they use. I used mine today! **Q: I've seen several photos of ladder max attached to the top rung of an extension ladder. Is that recommended by the manufacturer?** A: "Step 11 for SAFETY during use: Never attach Ladder Max to top ladder rung. Always expose THREE ladder rungs above the edge of the roof when positioning Ladder-Max unit on a roof, for ease of mounting and dismounting the roof." **Q: Will this work on a roof with gutters and a low-slope?** A: Husband says if your roof has any slope at all, it will work fine.
