A: We have long hair and the vacum is easy to empty and untangle. Hope this helps.

A: It mentions it on the box ,I don't know roughly without looking at it I'd say around 600 watts

**Q: does the extra 1year guarantee  cover exactly the same things as the manufacturers initial first year**
A: I believe so. You need to register online to claim it.

**Q: I just washed the filter and the black sponge and I put them on the balcony and the wind took the sponge.. do you know if I can buy a new sponge ???**
A: Sorry but you made me laugh as I have a balcony, and lost my broom in very high winds, it lifted and went over the top...I would suggest that you get in contact with Russell Hobbs. They should be able to advice you, have you tried searching the model number of the hoover and filter On google?

Really good for the price. Light and portable It has good suction and cleans carpet well. It's easy to maintain, clean and empty. You get several heads and a flexible hose which it good for the stairs. My only gripe is that it fills up quickly, but that could mean that suction is good or I have an really dirty carpet, but if you do have a big house it could be problematic. Overall happy with purchase.
