**Q: Bought 7 globe floor lamp in September. Opened on Christmas one globe was broken need replacement**
A: Contact the vendor. I have the 11 globe model that came with one broken. The vendor TG Jed quickly and courteously. I had a replacement globe within 3 days.

A: Maybe 10 inches

**Q: For the 5 feet, 7 shades lamp, how wide are the lamp top and base ?**
A: I got the 7' tall. Kind of expect the same top and base but one less pole. Could be wrong.  Mine is about 16" in diameter

**Q: Will the globes all be different?**
A: Yes, they can be, your choice. I chose the mix, all different and they are magnificent, they all match well but are different colors. You can also choose all the same.
