I'll update my review if I can figure out how to open it without breaking it or I hear from the manufacturer.There are also a couple of plastic pieces (the light grey parts) that broke off quite easily, though I don't think that's impacting the overall functionality.UPDATE: after some pushing and pulling with a pair of pliers, I was able to get the one slide unstuck. I feel pretty lucky, because I certainly feel like I could've accidentally broken it beyond repair.
