A: Not sure about the comparison to Wells Lamont glove but it's a good glove. It is not padded but a great fitting well built glove.

**Q: I work for a funeral home so im constantly on the road picking up loved ones and loading them in the refriegrators are these gloves a good fit?**

**Q: do these gloves tend to run big? i have very square hands and large fingers, so I dont know if i should get Large or XL. palm measures at 10.35"**
A: No they tend to run true to size.  There is some give to them so they fit snug.  I had the same issue and I ending up getting 4 pair of these.  GREAT FIT

A: Carhartt Men's The Dex II Hight Dexterity gloves are not cut resistant and do not provide cut protection. These gloves do not have an ANSI cut rating.
