Wrap has a lovely lavender smell and fits flatly around neck and shoulder. When heated, feels somewhat moist. It's very soothing. The heat does not last quite as long as other wraps we have had, but regardless, it's very enjoyable. Definitely recommend for those who have tense shoulders or neck, or for those just needing morning heat to take away the chill.
