Review: Happy I bought this one. - Love mine. It’s heavy and gets the job done. It hurts when you start using it, but you work through it and it doesn’t. I didn’t want to waste money buying lighter ones to build up your this one, so I went straight for the heaviest one I could find. This one checks in a little over 6 pounds. By the 3rd use, it didn’t hurt anymore and I could use it for 2 min. Easy to get to the recommended 5-10 minutes a day. I’m fat, out of shape and haven’t exercised in years. Hard to do most things. But this I can definitely do. Don’t know if I’ll lose weight or inches, but either way it’s a win for me because it’s fun and something I can do. My son had it put together in less than 5 minutes. Easy to take apart if you have finger strength like he does.
Review: Design and workability - I was using a 2.5 lbs for a long time. Love this heavier one. I can really feel the difference around my waist. Easy to put together and well made. It’s on the expensive side for sure but it will outlast me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Design and workability
*by T***B on February 1, 2026*

I was using a 2.5 lbs for a long time. Love this heavier one. I can really feel the difference around my waist. Easy to put together and well made. It’s on the expensive side for sure but it will outlast me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better to use on bare skin
*by M***L on September 8, 2024*

So I had this hoop for a month now, and find it to be very satisfying. Ive been wanting to get weighted hoop for a while now and this hits the mark. It's heavy and also massages your mid section. It doesn't hurt if you do it on bare skin but does hurt if you have clothes on. I only do it for about 5 minutes a day but I could see the difference in my waistline.
