However, we find that players who like Catan as well as Risk enjoy playing Bharata 600 BC as well. The game has lesser chance elements than Catan and Risk, as it doesn't use a dice mechanism (you get to control the game to a larger extent). It does cover concepts such as Resource Management, VP, Armies, and Area Control, which can also be found in Catan and Risk, though the game mechanics are different in all three of the games. **Q: The game is made in India then why the price is so high like foreign board game?** A: The production quality and number of components (550+ components including handmade ones) are higher than in foreign board games. Foreign board games are manufactured in China, which is much cheaper than India. Bharata 600 BC is fully manufactured in India, paying everyone fair wages and supporting local artisans’ handwork as well (not operating like some Chinese sweatshops). Raw material costs (for paper and cardboard) have doubled and tripled in the past 18 months (you can read all over the news) so producing a game like Bharata of nearly 3KG and 550+ components of high quality is much more expensive than the usual 1 KG mass-produced games. One has to also remember that such a game took 2 years to create and an entire team behind it. It also includes the artwork (the artist who illustrated this game for over 11 months), the game designers, the play testers, the writers, the graphic designers, the editors, the mathematician etc. their work and fair compensation. These are only concept and production costs, on top of this come additional costs such as shipping, platform listing fees and commissions, content, marketing, etc. One has to be a part of this industry to really have a complete picture of how expensive it is to create a game of such quality and complexity as Bharata. **Q: How is the replayability of tha game? Are the replays predictable after few games or it provides unique gameplay every time we play?** A: Hi, the game has high replayability. It has variable player powers and changing dynamics in area movement and control as well as resource management. So practically, even if you try to play the same gameplay twice it would be impossible. **Q: Why it is for 14+? Any particular reason? Most board games are for 8+.** A: It involves strategy.
