**Q: Why are they unboxed?**
A: Maybe due to postal costs, saving on packaging?

Whatever the reason I use the Premier Swabs daily and when I found this supplier, who are better value for money, I too was initially dubious but have now order from them 8 or 9 times and the swabs are fine, if they weren’t there is no way I would use them on my ulcerated legs! 

If you want the answer ask the company they are very approachable and helpful. I would recommend them.

**Q: misleading description -  does this mean 30 packs of 5 or 6 packs of 5?**
A: it means 30 packs of 5 swabs total 150 swabs

I have been using these swabs for years now as I have a draining seton stitch in place (due to perianal abscess complications from pouchitis/Ulcerative Colitis). Frankly, these dressings sit in between my bum cheeks and they never cause me friction, soreness, skin irritation or broken skin. In fact, I know if I forget to put them in as I start getting sore and chaffed after a few hours. These are, quite literally, a sanity saver for me. I would not be able to walk my dog for hours at a time without them; I would be in agony. Being 4 ply, I only need to use 2 at a time and change them 3 times a day, so a pack lasts me well. They do not bobble or fray, even though my knitted silicone stitch is constantly rubbing against the dressings. I honestly do not know what I would do without them.
