The bracket has a lot of “play” lifting the soundbar up and down.** A: Did you install it correctly? The mount has a up position which angels the bottom portion of the mount around 1/8” away from the wall due to a spacer installed.on the back side of the mount. If installed the wrong way, the sound bar will be angled down **Q: How flat does it go when pushed in?** A: Hi.
