I went to the company's website and filled out a request for a 36 (size 32 pants). I was contacted within 24 hours by Relentless Tactical's customer support team. The nice lady provided me prepaid USPS postage. She also gave the option to either ship it back immediately or wait for another belt then return the original order within two weeks. I received the package in roughly five business days and mailed them the thirty-eight. So, with everything all said and done, I try it again. What do you know, it's still too big! I only had one more option left. I replaced it with the smallest possible (34 with a 30 pants). I was really hoping this time around it would no longer be an issue. I went through the entire process again as stated above, all the while hoping I finally had the right size. I did but my goodness, I'm on the second-to-last hole! This belt really is for people that holster a weapon or, at the very least, hang heavy objects on it. I do not. I wanted something that was sturdy and dressy.
