Review: SAFE WAY TO KEEP WARM - Decided to get a heater for our gazebo enabling its use when the evening air cools. Easy to assemble and very effective when curtains closed. Very happy with product. Review: Instructions not great but heating ability is! - This had the usual poor instructions especially regards the attachment of the heating head to the top pole. The parts list was not clear either. It was left to me to figure it out; There is one pole which has the crucial part hidden within it. It is a smaller and non rounded pole which pulls up and allows the heater head to form a union with the top pole. The pole has adjustable height but I found leaving it unincreased but using all three poles was the best for a seated party. The heat settings are basically quarter heat, three quarter heat, full heat. This is achieved by the settings operating that proportion of its heat bars. The pull cord seems ok but I decided to leave mine set on 3 quarter heat and use the plus as the on off switch just in case. This could have been better designed for portability by having wheels on one side of the base and having the pole holding screws integrated in each poles sides rather than having them as loose screws which must not be lost and need a screwdriver for (included but still a faff to have to save somewhere). Nonetheless if you want to move it in the car to someone's garden I leave one section of the poles unscrewed and this allows quick separation for fitting it in the car and seems stable even without screwing that section in. Obviously not with children around if that were the case I would not leave it unscrewed. This is a very good and reasonably priced garden heater (or conservatory or even house if one was needed for emergency use.) I found I was able to sit out in winter in the daytime using it and had it not been there this would not have been possible it does make a big difference. ## Features - ※ Real Fast: Rapid Heating get warm in 3 seconds. - ※ 3 Heating Modes: ① 650W low heating; ② 1300W heating; ③2000W high heating - ※ Reliable choice: With built-in overheat protection and fall protection, it will be very friendly to all members of the family. - ※ Flexible radiation: Rotatable head angle range of plus or minus 45° - ※ For indoor & outdoor activities: Can be installed on indoor and outdoor ceilings, such as living room, garden, balcony, outdoor terrace and camping BBQ area；with UKCA/CE/GS/LVD/EMC/IP24 certificate ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08CSBQQK4 | | Best Sellers Rank | 18,912 in Garden ( See Top 100 in Garden ) 5 in Patio Heaters | | Brand | DONYER POWER | | Brand Name | DONYER POWER | | Colour | 2000diblack | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 430 Reviews | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 5 Years | | Form Factor | Tower | | Form factor | Tower | | Fuel Type | Electric | | Heat Output | 2000 Watts | | Heating Coverage | Medium-High | | Heating Element | Quartz | | Heating Method | Radiant | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor, Outdoor | | Indoor/Outdoor usage | Indoor, Outdoor | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 19.7D x 19.7W x 82.7H centimetres | | Item Type Name | Quartz Heater | | Item Weight | 8.1 Kilograms | | Manufacture Year | 2025 | | Model Number | HDYBHCH2000DI | | Mounting Type | Floor Mount | | Number of Speeds | 3 | | Part Number | HDYBHCH2000DI | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Power source | Corded Electric | | Recommended Uses For Product | Patio | | Room Type | Living Room | | Special Features | Adjustable Height, Fast Heating, Noiseless | | Special feature | Adjustable Height, Fast Heating, Noiseless | | Voltage | 110 Volts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DONYER POWER - **Colour:** 2000diblack - **Form factor:** Tower - **Indoor/Outdoor usage:** Indoor, Outdoor - **Special feature:** Adjustable Height, Fast Heating, Noiseless ## Images ![DONYER POWER Electric Quartz Patio Heater Garden Heater Waterproof Outdoor Free Standing 2000W - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/619Wkcl+oXL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I would like this to hang off my garden pergola, would that work and would we be warm??** A: Bought one in 2020 and hanging from pergola and with adjustable chain you can set the right height for the heat. Not the widest of heat but does the job for a table of 4. **Q: What is the hourly running cost?** A: At full power it would cost me £0.33/hour **Q: Is this heater water proof** A: This is not a waterproof item and should be protected carefully from the exterior elements. **Q: Can this be used in an outside do kennel** A: It would have to be a big kennel failing that NO ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SAFE WAY TO KEEP WARM *by A***J on 16 May 2026* Decided to get a heater for our gazebo enabling its use when the evening air cools.
