Now my usual dose of coffee in the morning is about 14 to 16ozs. I use organic sugar and a good amount of milk, both raw. I've tried this Vanilla Ghee twice so far, with the 1st time using less coffee, so it was closer to the instructions given. Packet instructions say to use 1 packet per 8oz of hot coffee or tea and to mix thoroughly, preferrably with a mixer or wisk. In my case I only use a spoon and stir a little longer.I didn't like it too much the 1st time I tried it, and this was before I added my raw milk. I really wanted to get all aspects of the flavor before adjusting things. I then added my milk & sugar, it still wasn't great, but I finished it all anyway.Today I tried things a little different. I made my normal amount of coffee, filled my mug with 2/3 of the way with coffee & added 1 packet, my usual amount of milk & sugar. This time around I liked it much better!! This is where the 4 stars come from. Oh! I also need to add... I added about 1tspn of Vanilla Bean Powder to my coffee grounds before brewing. I do like the subtle taste of Vanilla in my coffee from time to time & I thought it may help here too. This may be a contributing factor of why I liked it better this time. I don't think the Vanilla flavor is strong enough in the packet alone.One of the reasons for purchasing was the cost factor. Many similar products are a bit more pricey, but this one had all the minimum requirements of what I wanted. Organic, nonGMO, and the other great ingredients like Coconut Oil & MCT Oil... but what I'm pleasantly surprised by, this product is manufactured in my area, Philadelphia, PA.I will continue using this product at least twice a wk and have this on my Subscribe & Save on Amazon to knock off a little more on the price. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Going Back to the "Fat-Fuel Coffee" Powder *by S***R on June 23, 2017* The taste is fine and the quality is great. But after trying it I have to agree with some of the other reviewers it was a challenge to get all the contents out of the pouch into the coffee. Even though the pouch is sealed I would want to place it in a double bag for travel. I can see this pouch getting punctured and ruining the contents of my bag. I am going back to the first product that I tried "Fat-Fuel Coffee-The only Keto Coffee with Grass Fed Butter" it is a powder, taste good mixes well and it's easy to pour the entire content into coffee or water and about the same cost. Plus with the powder fat fuel my appetite was controlled. The fatCoffee-didn't do that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for Keto on-the-go! *by W***L on February 12, 2016* I follow a ketogenic diet very strictly, which means that I eat low carb, high fat, and moderate protein. I was looking for an easy way to enjoy butter coffee (aka "bulletproof") on the go -- specifically planning ahead for when the weather is warmer. I have been toting around small portions of unsalted butter, a mason jar, and a protein shaker ball, which works great, but sometimes is a hassle. I heard about fatCoffee through a Keto website that I follow and I decided to order some to try it out. (I actually subscribed for their monthly club via the Ninja Goat website.) I've tried all three now and I'm a fan.The pumpkin spice has the best smell, but the mocha has the best taste. The vanilla is, well, vanilla -- though it doesn't taste much like vanilla to me, so it's more like plain. I'm okay with that. This is not something I drink daily because it's on the pricey side, but when I'm out and about and not able to make a butter coffee for myself, this is a great way to keep my fat macros up. I find that drinking a cup of coffee with this (or plain unsalted butter & coconut oil, when I make it at home) staves off hunger, so it's great for when I'm meeting friends somewhere that doesn't have much in the way of Keto-friendly foods.
