I don’t want to “strip” my face, but I want my face to be really clean at night, after a long day of makeup. Then it is prepped and ready for overnight serums and moisturizers. It’s part of my nightly routine when I’ve been wearing makeup all day. Its scent is very herbal and makes me feel like I’m in a fancy spa. I remove my eye makeup with micellar water, just out of habit, but this product would also remove the toughest mascara, I’m sure. After removing my eye makeup, I swirl about a teaspoon of this product out of the container and massage it all over my face. It feels and smells wonderful. After a minute or two (depending on how rushed I feel) I run very wam water all over the provided muslin cloth, and use it to remove the product all the rest of my makeup. I rinse the cloth a couple of times to get the last bits off, especially around my hairline. The muslin cloth acts like a gentle exfoliator and always rinses clean. The large Eve Lom comes with two cloths. At first, I was worried that the cloths would get stained and gross, but they really do rinse clean. I hang it to dry after each use.
