US 8 Women/6.5 Men;
US 8.5 Women/7 Men;
US 9 Women/ 8 Men;
US 10 Women/8.5 Men;
US 10.5 Women/9.5 Men.

I recommend you to order size 8.5. If your feet are wide, shoes made of fabric will suit you better.The Wide toe box provides more space for toes for more comfort.

A: I am a size 12 (45 EU) and the size 12 fits me perfectly.  For 46 EU, I'd go with the size12-1/2 - these shoes are very flexible and roomy and expand a bit over time.  These are great shoes, but the soles don't last long on cement and are a bit thin for sharp, rocky terrain.  They are ideal for grass and smooth dirt trails.  I use them for outdoor volleyball and golf.
