A: Yes it has. Is a good value of money tool

**Q: Is the package not included drill and screw driver bits or only machin?**
A: few screwdriver bits are included. I guess enough to get the basic daily work done. I think if you look at the product pictures and its description on Amazon website, you can get a better idea.

**Q: Is it used for concrete**
A: No, can be used on walls. For drilling concreate pls go for heavy duty black and decker models.

Good for everything but is very slow at going through MDF. If you plan to do some woodworking get something with a higher voltage but this is a good tool for beginners.
