I was reluctant to use but my husband insisted and we noticed immediately she had relief. Wish they would seal the bottle not just the box. Everyone complaining about staining but it’s activated charcoal which is an active ingredient in neutralizing the stomach. It’s easy enough to be careful or get a towel.
