**Q: Is this compatible with the new kindle fire HD 10?**
A: Hello - Fire HD 10 is not compatible with the Shifu Plugo App. The Fire HD 10 is about a 1/2 inch too wide and would not fit in the game pad. Hope this helps.

**Q: Dies the piano need batteries?**
A: Hi - Shifu Plugo Tunes is a non-electronic Piano. It doesn't have batteries, neither does it have speakers. It works along with the Shifu Plugo app on a smart device, like an iPad, iPhone, Android tablet or Android phone. Hope that helps.
