Adirondack is by far the best brand. *by Z***T on May 18, 2019* I started with a kit and then thought I would expand and bought another brand. Mistake! Adirondack is the best for not leaking all over and had very vibrant colors. Some are very similar and since you can mix them, you can start with a few bottles and do a lot. In the first picture, I have some white tiles and marble coasters. I put sticky felt on the tiles (they are the square ones). I like how the marble looks a little better but for the price, tile is way more affordable. You can mess up and pretty much start over if you have a bottle of alcohol. If you like to paint but also like to experiment and make mistakes that can be wiped away - you really have to try this. My mom uses them to paint on aluminum cans and makes flowers. I tried the paper but you are limited in the "redo" area. The paper in the picture is the shiny silver card stock. The shine gives it a more vibrant look, though it doesn't wipe off easily like with the tile or marble. It will to a point, but it is paper. The sky really is the limit with these inks.
