I can do yoga, floor exercises and also my weight training and Oculus VR exercise games. I wish all 4 corners were rounded instead of just one.... it would look nicer. Also Im not sure what side is supposed to be up and what side is down. But overall I do love the size, and it seems durable. Its a little cushy.... I like having a padded surface for my more active games, so I don't slam my knee down on a hard floor. I also like having a surface that my feet can palpate while I'm moving around rapidly in VR, because it helps prevent me from accidentally hitting a wall or a piece of furniture.
