Review: Read the product heading carefully before purchasing. - I have not used the product but have given 5 stars because I returned the product and got refunded immediately. I returned because I did not pay attention to the compatibility before purchasing the product. I got it for my Samsung S20 ultra but the product was not compatible. So in general I know that UGREEN products are of good quality and they always mention maximum details in the description about the products they selling. Just make sure you check the compatibility for the products you going to use for.

I was told I have missed the window for replacement or return and was refused a refund as well. Its such a shame that being a genuine loyal customer has no benefit. It is a genuine defective product that they can collect and check. It does not work. desertcart needs to be more flexible with their loyal customers.

I have not used the product but have given 5 stars because I returned the product and got refunded immediately. I returned because I did not pay attention to the compatibility before purchasing the product. I got it for my Samsung S20 ultra but the product was not compatible. So in general I know that UGREEN products are of good quality and they always mention maximum details in the description about the products they selling. Just make sure you check the compatibility for the products you going to use for.
