The B&M installed easily and she finds it much easier to use, great product!! Plus it looks awesome! Review: Works perfectly! - Easy to install, came with so many adapters and extra brackets I could install it on anything. The Reverse/Park lockout works effectively without a lot of juggling around unlike the ratchet shifter I replaced. Very smooth and positive shifting. Works with 3 speed and OD transmissions and includes shift indicators for both. Neutral safety and backup switches are built in. Installation is easy, drill a hole for the cable to pass through, bolt the shifter to the floor, hookup the wiring, trim the console and fasten the cable to the transmission.
