The resulting dough was divided into balls/croquettes which were steamed for 25 minutes and then ready to cook off - lightly fry for a few minutes each side The result was delicious and the mixture freezes well (after steaming and before cooking off), so good for batch cooking. Very happy with this product which is a fine gluten flour that mixes well. I haven't used it for baking so can't comment on that.
