Had mine about 1 year and one of the pickups is not working anymore. I don't recommend this. **Q: Would this fit a squire strat?** A: Yes it will… but, it will not be a perfect fit and you will most probably have to make some slight adjustments. Not all of the fixing screw-holes will line up (re-drilling required) and you may have to make some adjustments (filing) at the neck and bridge ends. Try to do the replacement with strings on so you can dry-fit and check alignment before fixing it in place. If you’re going to restring, also consider replacing the “gull wing” trees with rollers, install roller saddles and locking tuners. Others will have differing opinions, but it works well on my Squier Strat. There are some good tutorials on YouTube dealing with Squier mod’s. Hope this helps! **Q: Does the humbucker coil split** A: No. 🎸🤓 **Q: What colour are the pickups and switches? I cant tell if theyre nickle or more of a silver chrome?** A: Chrome coloured plastic except the humbucker which is metal. ## Frequently Bought Together - Alnicov Loaded Prewired Pickguard Set SSH Alnico V Single Coil Humbucker Pickups，for Fender Strat ST Electric Guitar Replacement，Black - SAPHUE Guitar Input Jack Socket Plate Output Loaded Boat Style 1/4 Inch with Screws for Fender Stratocaster Strat St Mono Electric Guitar for Electric Guitar Replacement Parts(black) - SAPHUE 52.5mm Guitar Stratocaster Tremolo Bridge Set for Fender Strat Squier Electric Guitar Replacement (Black, 52.5mm) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/251873865-alnicov-loaded-prewired-pickguard-set-ssh-alnico-dual-rail-humbucker](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/251873865-alnicov-loaded-prewired-pickguard-set-ssh-alnico-dual-rail-humbucker) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
