There are no directions for the door attachment, but I got it figured out without too much trouble. The piece makes the bands so much more versatile and is an awesome addition. The zipper bag is great for storage too. And I love the earthy colors of the bands.

This was a great kit for the price. The bands are a nice length to do any exercise I want and I really like the door attachment. There are no directions for the door attachment, but I got it figured out without too much trouble. The piece makes the bands so much more versatile and is an awesome addition. The zipper bag is great for storage too. And I love the earthy colors of the bands.

These seem to work well. I've had them for a couple of months now and use them about every other day. I haven't had any problems with tearing or any issues at all. Purchased this hip band set for my mother who has recently been plagued with arthritis in her hips. It took some research to learn how to best utilize these bands and discs for various targeted excercises because there were no instructions included. After watching a few Youtube videos, she was absolutely hooked on them. These bands can actually provide you with a real butt kicking workout that will help the area you are targeting almost immediately. I was so impressed with her results, that I actually use them as well. Would have given 5 stars if instructions or a link to related workouts would have been included.
