These work great for Swan Neck Deformity, hypermobility issues, hammer, as well as, mallet finger and can really help align your joint while still being able to bend your finger. This Sterling Silver splint measures 3.25mm wide x 1.65mm thick and it makes for a beautifully strong splint. I use one solid piece because you can adjust the angle of the V over and over and it won’t break. The wider band disperses pressure evenly and it doesn't dig. If you want to wear this upside down, let me know and I will use two pieces to make sure it’s comfortable on the top of your joint. If you need a splint for your dip joint, email me and I will probably recommend this design, but in a little bit lighter silver. I can add lateral supports on either or both sides of this splint, let me know if you think it’s something you need. **IMPORTANT** We use Standard US Ring sizing for all splints. Size it as if you were sizing for a regular ring. Whatever it takes to get over your joint and sit where a standard band would sit. Whatever the biggest size is of those two areas is our size. I was trying to tape and often had to tape 2 fingers so it was hard to grip and fully bend using that.
