Stretchy.2- I'm indifferent on the cutout sleeves and feel like I could take it or leave it.3- size: I ordered a 3x based on the sizing chart from Thanth's website. I usually wear an 18-20 so that would be a 3x in their sizes. I think I can go a size down, but it still fit well.4- can be dressed up for a night out with heels and jeans or for work with tights and boots or for casual outings as well.I would recommend this top. It's figure flattering and comfortable.I am giving it four stars instead of 5 because there's an imperfections in it that I'm hoping steam out. If not I'll have to exchange it for a new one. It looks like an iron burn? I have now bought it in two colors and might buy a third. But I need to emphasize that I am disappointed in the sizing. After reading other reviews, I bought a size up (large) in purple. I loved the color, but it was far too large for my 5' 5'', 120 pound frame, and the straps fall right off my shoulders. It is still wearable, but only in a very casual way. The next purchase I made was this one (green, medium). It fits much better, the fabric is light and soft, and I love the color. It is extremely comfortable and hangs loosely, which is the general style. I have discovered, however, that I would have been fine buying a small, going by how my first two fit on me.Something else that needs to be addressed is the style of the shirt. I bought the cinched-waist style on both of my purchases, but this shirt does come in an un-cinched style. Be aware of which one you decide to buy.
