Super convenient to carry tea.'-Pros-the glass makes sure that smells don't hold (which is always a concern of mine)- The cloth case is convenient and protects you from the heat and helps to insulate for a short period.- It does not leak IF THE TEA HOLDER IS INSIDE- It comes with a handy bottle cleanerCons:- Chipped easily: I think this is a usual problem with glass containers, but I dropped the bottle in the sink right after getting it. It didn't break or shatter but did get a little chip (But it did not leave sharp ends. )- If you take the silver tea holder out and attempt to fill the bottle with liquid, IT WILL LEAK (a lot!).- Unlike bottles where the tea holder is on the top, if you don't like your tea leaves to soak too long (I definitely don't), then you will either have to drink very fast, or empty out leaves. This becomes somewhat of a hassle. I personally just rest my bottle upside down when not drinking to prevent over soaking. ### ⭐ Sadly, not a good product *by M***A on December 24, 2016* I normally hate posting negative reviews, but I am sadly very disappointed by this product. The water has leaked from the bottom, damping my backpack and damaging some files. I tried to contact the company a month ago but received no response. I wish this product had worked as advertised, for it is aesthetically very nice.
