Review: Just pure fibre - Note: this has only 1 ingredient, psyllium seed and husk. That’s it. Yes it has a bit of an Earthy taste but that’s the point. If you want a sweeter taste, mix with juice. Other fibre powders have lots of sugar and citric acid etc to make them taste good. This doesn’t. But it works.
