Il est presque inutile d'ajouter de matière grasse car ne collent pas. Et une fois cuit ils peuvent être consommés dans les 48 heures et gardent leur goût. Un peu plus cher qu'en grande surface mais en magasin les stocks sont rarement renouvelés surtout en matière de produits bio ou complets. Barilla devrait cependant proposer un peu plus de choix dans le type de pâtes.
