I had previously bought tape from a leading chemist, at the same sort of price (they've reduced it recently!), and it was much flimsier and nowhere near as sticky as KT PRO Tape. Having had major knee problems most of my adult life, it's brilliant to find something that supports my knees, and can help my quads take the strain, as I still play 5-a-side. As well as the support, its adherence to the skin is impressive. You can shower and it will remain stuck (I think following the instructions about rubbing the tape when first putting it on seems important in this respect). I haven't tried keeping the tape on for much more than 1 and a half days, but I can imagine that it would last the 3/4 days people claim. I'm totally sold on this tape, and would highly recommend it.

This tape is brilliant! I had previously bought tape from a leading chemist, at the same sort of price (they've reduced it recently!), and it was much flimsier and nowhere near as sticky as KT PRO Tape. Having had major knee problems most of my adult life, it's brilliant to find something that supports my knees, and can help my quads take the strain, as I still play 5-a-side. As well as the support, its adherence to the skin is impressive. You can shower and it will remain stuck (I think following the instructions about rubbing the tape when first putting it on seems important in this respect). I haven't tried keeping the tape on for much more than 1 and a half days, but I can imagine that it would last the 3/4 days people claim. I'm totally sold on this tape, and would highly recommend it.

Not good, itchy skin, and the bigger problem adhesive is weak. There is better alternative.
