Yo he sido fan de Claire Saffitz desde el 2016 que encontre sus videos en Bon Appetit en Youtube, y desde entonces, algo siempre he notado de su forma de cocinar y hacer recetas es que Claire siempre da muchísimas indicaciones y pasos bien explicados al hacer un receta. "Dessert Person" ha estado en mi wishlist desde su anuncio y ahora que lo he comprado y he usado, ha sido quizás de las mejores compras que he hecho en todo el tiempo: las recetas son facilísimas de seguir, hay muchísimas indicaciones de cómo se verán los ingredientes para seguir al siguiente paso, muchísimas fotografías que muestran los pasos, los ingredientes vienen en tazas, cucharadas u onzas o gramos. No solo vienen recetas dulces pero también recetas saladas. He hecho cuatro recetas hasta el momento y todas han sido amadas por mi familia y amigos. El detalle que más me encantó fue la matrix al inicio del libro que te permite ver donde están localizadas las recetas en dos ejes (tiempo y dificultad). El mejor libro de baking para principiantes. Literal no hay forma de fallar con estas recetas. <3
