I was using Peltex, which is fine too, but it gives a crinkly look when folding, and can be difficult to sew through if more than one layer is used. With the Deco-Fuse, the product rolls tightly without cracking, and is very thin. It is not as stiff as Peltex, but I double the layers, and it works perfectly.My ideal system for wallet interfacing is SF101 next to the fabric, then Deco-Fuse. Then after turning, I add one layer of headlining material, or Bosal inRForm foam product. This produces the ideal balance of stiffness and give, while keeping fabric smooth. It is still easy to sew through, even though I end up with 2 layers of fabric, 2 layers of SF101, 2 layers of Deco-Fuse, and one layer of foam. If you need extra rigidity, replace the foam layer with Peltex. The DecoFuse and SF101 will smooth out the crinkles.
