A: VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete

**Q: 2. Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes?**
A: Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

**Q: 3. Is there a break-in period to adjust to the insoles?**
A: Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions

**Q: 4. If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?**
A: We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.
