I was told that EPA reduces brain inflammation and the reduction in inflammation reduces depression and anxiety in people still having symptoms with medication use. My mood has been drastically i.proved since the 3rd day after I started taking EPA in July 2020. I have since started giving it to my 10 year old whom has ADHD, ODD, and anxiety.
