The price to positive reviews on this one seemed promising and after assembling it and using it a few times I'm feeling this was a solid purchase. I was able to put it together by myself in about 30 mins (Note I'm a 59 yr old woman who isn't super strong), I just followed what the video showed to do and found it easy. Tip: having it on it's side as shown when attaching the bungy cords is a must, then use your body weight when pulling down. Trampoline feels very solid, stable and safe, I like the larger size of the jumping surface area, it allows you to do a larger variety of workouts on it. The bounce feels great, it is more on the firm side than a more high end model might be, but it feels fine on my joints, knees and back so far. All in all I'm happy with it for an affordable way to try a new exercise routine that has a lot of solid research behind all its positive claims. I wasn't sure if I could safely use this, let alone do so without causing myself more headaches, following a concussion. I also wasn't sure if I'd enjoy using it. My family just helped to put it together today and I find myself wanting to keep using it. It's so much fun, and it gets your heart rate up. So far I can tolerate it and it's held up to all of our varied body masses. I hope it lasts a long time. The only cons I can see from this so far is that I need to do it barefoot or get non-slip socks. I started to slip in regular socks when getting off of it. It took about an hour to put together with two people doing most of the physical labor and me just handing them the parts and cheering them on.
