My main issues with the model were its thin pieces and the inability to connect tabs to slots securely because minimal pressure caused breakage. With that said, I am giving a new 5-star review for one simple reason - upon receiving my review, ROKR reached out and provided a full refund! They were sincerely concerned about my dissatisfaction and wanted to try and keep me as a future customer. They have certainly done so! This ROKR model is the only one with which I have had any problems and I have purchased and built many of them. Their approach to customer service is much appreciated! Any model builder will run into one project that has problems.
