Is a bit low at like 4.5 but unlike Canon you can use third party lens with this camera. I would recommend for a persons 1st full frame camera. If they don’t plan on taking action shots at sporting events or fast things in motion. If you want to take those kinds of shots buy the Canon R8.

The Nikon Z5 does not have a built in Flash and will need to be purchased separately. 
A flash that would be recommended for this unit would be the Nikon SB-400, Nikon SB-500, or Nikon SB 700.
