Review: I love this product so much and am baking cookies and cakes again because of it. Highly recommend it. - It has taken me a long time to review this but I really did need time to work with it, I don't bake a lot of cakes or cookies (I will now). This beater fits my Kitchen Aid just as it is supposed to, after all it is made for it by Kitchen Aid. I was doubtful about how well it work after all it doesn't look very conventional nothing like the beaters I had used in the past, so I was worried it wouldn't incorporate or aerate batters very well. No need to worry. It creams and turns batters with butter into a very fluffy batter without any problem. As far as some of the concerns with how it scrapes the bottom of the bowl: the design is perfect, it catches every bit of flour or fluid that is in the bottom of the bowl and incorporates it into the batter so that everything is mixed in, it also scrapes the sides of the bowl without me have to once stop my KA and scrape the sides. The design of the mixer is such that it never goes in a perfect circle anyone that has this size KA know how it functions, I don't think my Artisan mixer went in a circle either, but I don't remember. People that are saying it doesn't mix haven't given it a try, more than once. I tested this on sponge cakes, and multiple types of cookies it scraped the bowl perfectly every time. It locks into place just as any other attachment that KA makes for their mixer and it has stayed in place when I have made large stiff cookie batches or small thinner cookie batches, this really is an amazing attachment. The other thing I really love about it is the clean up, it is so easy because there are no center pieces to work around and make sure that you have all the batter off of so there is no reason to not handwash it. So it washes up easily and very well. There has been no rust that has shown up as one person showed in a picture. So if you are like I was and quit baking cookies (much to my husbands heartbreak for a couple years) and cakes, get this beater attachment and enjoy making cookies and cakes again without having the hassle of scraping down the bowl again. It works great for me. I love it and I definitely recommend it. ## Features - Mix, beat, and whip up your favorite treats with this flex edge beater; features a flexible sweeper that is made from silicone and is used to insure that no batter goes unturned - Coated metal construction with silicone flex edge, top rack dishwasher safe - Fast, thorough mixing action - Fits models KD2661, KL26M, KP26M1, KP26M8, KP26N9, KV25G, KV25M - Reduce mixing time ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01BWNGV7Y | | Best Sellers Rank | #124,956 in Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Kitchen ) #87 in Stand Mixer Replacement Parts | | Brand | KitchenAid | | Brand Name | KitchenAid | | Color | White | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,816 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00883049400051 | | Included Components | Flex Edge Beater | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 3.6D x 14.3W x 18.1H centimeters | | Item Type Name | Edge Beater | | Item Weight | 136 g | | Item weight | 136 g | | Manufacturer | KitchenAid | | Material | Aluminum | | Model Name | KFEW6L | | Model Number | KFEW6L | | Model name | KFEW6L | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | KFEW6L | | Product dimensions | 3.6D x 14.3W x 18.1H centimeters | | UPC | 883049400051 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** KitchenAid - **Colour:** White - **Item weight:** 0.3 Pounds - **Material:** Aluminum - **Model name:** KFEW6L ## Images ![KitchenAid KFEW6L Flex Edge Beater for 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers - White - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61snrkvM91L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shipped quickly... exactly as advertised.. ... *by A***R on 23 March 2018* Shipped quickly...exactly as advertised.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this product so much and am baking cookies and cakes again because of it. After researching, I found that KitchenAid knows about this issue (and claims it will do no harm) and says it will come off. Bull! I could not get that gray crap off the attachments and further more, I do NOT want that in my food (no matter what they claim). All I need is for this to transfer into my frosting and ruin one of my cake orders. I waited and waited for a better deal as I find these beaters are quite overpriced but I finally picked it up for under $30. This beater works so much better and I even threw all the original ones into the trash. ## Frequently Bought Together - KitchenAid KFEW6L Flex Edge Beater for 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers - White - KitchenAid KSMBLPS Stand Accessories Mixer Accesorie, Bowl Lift, Other - KitchenAid 11-Wire Whip for select 5, 5.5 and 6 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers,Silver --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/254077230-kitchenaid-kfew6l-flex-edge-beater-for-6-quart-bowl-lift](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/254077230-kitchenaid-kfew6l-flex-edge-beater-for-6-quart-bowl-lift) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
